Located to the south of Part-Dieu station, Orange’s headquarters in Lyon is under construction around what was, historically, the district’s telephone exchange. The project, of great technical complexity, forms a part of the renewal programme of the Lyon-Part-Dieu district.

CRÉDIT AGRICOLE SUD RHÔNE ALPES HEAD OFFICE

GRENOBLE (38)

The Builders and Partners group is responsible for the coordination of studies and BIM Management in relation to the construction of the new Crédit Agricole Sud Rhône Alpes head office. With approximately 8,000 sqm, the building is in the process of obtaining HQE (high environmental quality) and BREEAM certification and has the potential to obtain a BEPOS label. This project also envisages the construction of a 4,000 sqm building for lease and silo parking.

VILLEURBANNE (69)

The ground floor of this emblematic building, comprising 9 above-ground levels and two basement levels with 180 parking spaces, will provide 1,250 m² of double-height public access retail floor area, with a direct link to the Esplanade de la Soie. On the seven upper levels, the building will provide over 14,500 sqm usable floor area of new generation office space, but also large and accessible terraces and planted gardens.

CAMPUS PLASTIC OMNIUM

LYON (69)

The project consisted of building an office campus with a total of 36,000 sqm on a 17,000 sqm parcel of land in the Gerland district of Lyon. The complex is made up of four office buildings and one building containing services (auditoriums, restaurants, cafeterias, gym, concierge) on a 500-space car park. Compagnie Plastic Omnium, owner of the asset, has established its head office there and has leased part of the complex to the Sanofi group. The assignment included fit out works.

Altarea Cogedim developed the future head office of Sanofi Pasteur Merial in Lyon. With a floor area of 14,000 sqm, the real estate complex is divided into 4 buildings with 5 or 6 floors, set on a podium and with two basement levels. The Builders & Partners group was entrusted a site supervision and coordination assignment on the project.
