ARCHITECTES SOLIDAIRES: THE ADVENTURE WA LAUNCHED!
Architectes Solidaires is an association that offers to renovate rest areas within hospitals on a voluntary basis.
We are happy to support them and to participate in the enhancement of the rest areas of our nursing staff. Our teams will put all their energy, on their scale and according to their specialties (technical engineering, circular economy, environment and project management), to recreate pleasant spaces to live in for those who put all their energy into taking care of our health.
We are fully aligned with the idea that a value-creating company can and must, within its means, put itself at the service of the Common Good, and thus participate in building the harmony of the social body on which it depends.
Our experts will work to offer solutions that are naturally efficient, environmentally responsible and have the least possible impact and nuisance during the work.
SOFYA SELECTED IN WAVESTONE RADAR
The SOFYA teams are very proud to be part of the 2020 selection of Wavestone’s “Smartbuilding Startups Radar”, in the BIM Exploitation and Digital Twins category!
SOFYA facilitates the management of operations and maintenance services for its customers thanks to its Viewer and the geolocation of equipments.

BIM PLAN 2022: REALIZATION STARTING FROM THE BUILDING PERMIT!
As part of the BIM 2022 Plan, led by the Ministry in charge of Housing, Lot Denfert of the Saint Vincent de Paul ZAC is the winner of the first call for projects: “Experimentation for the future use of a digital BIM model in addition to ‘a request for planning permission. ” We are happy to have been appointed BIM Manager for the follow-up of the instruction of this Building Permit! A first time in the process of making these uses a reality.
Our objectives on this mission:
– Mobilize and federate the actors concerned
– Identify the strengths and obstacles (human, legal, administrative, technical and economic)
– Establish a roadmap for the use of the digital model

Yann Brunel, founder of RTE, takes on this occasion the management of the Building Envelope department of BUILDERS & PARTNERS. The widely recognized expertise of RTE’s teams reinforces the synergy dynamic implemented by the Group; both internally, in conjunction with the Building, Energy and Environment divisions; and externally in resonance with the expectations of the Project Owners and Architects. TERTIARY DECREE: OUR INTEGRATED OFFERS FOR EFFICIENT IMPLEMENTATION
Article 175 of the Elan law on energy saving obligations in commercial buildings enters the era of concrete action. Indeed, the “method” decree of the tertiary renovation decree, which appeared in the Official Journal on May 3, provides crucial information on the conditions of implementation that apply to both lessors and lessees, in all tertiary building of more than 1,000 m². In doing so, it triggers a triple-countdown: 2030, 2040 and 2050.
