With the acquisition of the company REAL TIME ENGINEERING (RTE), the Builders and Partners Group is strengthening its engineering expertise in the fields of the facade and the building envelope. Yann Brunel, founder of RTE, takes on this occasion the management of the Building Envelope department of BUILDERS & PARTNERS. The widely recognized expertise of RTE’s teams reinforces the synergy dynamic implemented by the Group; both internally, in conjunction with the Building, Energy and Environment divisions; and externally in resonance with the expectations of the Project Owners and Architects. In this regard, the efforts of BUILDERS & PARTNERS to offer its customers service offers that are ever more imbued with the ecological issue which is incumbent on us all receive key reinforcement on this occasion.
TERTIARY DECREE: OUR INTEGRATED OFFERS FOR EFFICIENT IMPLEMENTATION
Article 175 of the Elan law on energy saving obligations in commercial buildings enters the era of concrete action. Indeed, the “method” decree of the tertiary renovation decree, which appeared in the Official Journal on May 3, provides crucial information on the conditions of implementation that apply to both lessors and lessees, in all tertiary building of more than 1,000 m². In doing so, it triggers a triple-countdown: 2030, 2040 and 2050.

With the acquisition of the engineering group IDE Environment, the Builders and Partners Group is strengthening its research and consultancy activities in the field of sustainable development. IDE Environment is a company based in Toulouse and operates nationwide.
Its field of intervention covers the industrial environment, infrastructure projects, town planning, waste management, renewable energies, natural environments as well as the environmental quality and certification of buildings, thus complementing the offers of consultancy and energy engineering carried out by the Luc Delestrade teams within Builders Engineering.

HOUSE OF LAWYERS
Visit the House of Lawyers, on which the contractor is building the facade! Our client Sogelym Dixence has entrusted us with the Construction Site Management for this unusual work. Designed by Renzo Piano and directed by Petit – Vinci Construction, this building of about 7,500 sqm faces the new High Court and is located just above the metro line 13.
The structure rests in the central core, from which the whole metal frame unfolds with the inherent constraints of this type of material: deformations and dilations according to the temperatures.
Other challenges punctuated this exceptional construction: exposed concrete on the walls and ceilings, technical networks entirely on the ground, double skin facades, not less than 120 spring boxes for the vibrations and a cantilever of more than 14 m!
DELIVERY OF THE 1ST ONOMO HOTEL IN DOUALA!
These last days took place the delivery of the 1st Onomo Hotel, in Douala, Cameroon!
Our client Onomo Hotels had commissioned us to carry out the Design Guidelines – integrating all the technical and architectural prescriptions – of this chain of 3 stars hotels which aims to be deployed in the big metropolises of the African continent. A project started in December 2017, designed by IAD – Independent Architectural Diplomacy and realized by the group Cegelec / Robex.
Congratulations to the team of Builders Africa who has realized the complete Construction site Management (with Engineering studies, BIM Management and Synthesis) of these 11,500 sqm – 160 rooms !
